Hope lives with the Lord…

Metal upon metal,
noiseless sound in the air,
blade to blade,
hope and despair,
as hope fights the enemy
the soul pays the cost,
the heart becomes wounded
but the war is not lost,
hope becomes stronger
when we look to the sun
despair melts away,
this battle is won,
more battles shall come,
fought with invisible swords,
but look to the sun,
hope lives with the Lord.
