Happy Birthday…

Dreams of castles upon mountaintops,
dreams of forests all around,
dreams of mist on the horizon,
circling towers like a crown;
Dreams of dragons with fiery breath,
dreams of knights on mighty steeds,
dreams of ladies in waiting and princes in crowns
and of love on bended knee;
To travel to another land,
a time so far away,
in a kingdom lost to time
with a sword of magic made,
would be your greatest dream come true
but one I cannot give,
so, if you’ll please,
I give this gift
and wish for you to have
a birthday filled with magic
moments filled with peace
and colorful dreams of lofty rescues near dragons dens
