Full Moon, verse # 3

Full moon…

Do you find it hard to sleep?
Is your mind awake with woe?
Have you found yourself behaving quite unlike yourself?
Are people acting strange?
Did your ring fall down the drain?
Does the bread belong in the fridge and the milk upon the shelf?
Well, look up in the sky
for the answer there may lie
and the Moon will tell the tale that shall explain.
For when the Moon is full,
strange events, they will occur,
like the fever and the wolf and the insane.
So, know that you’re okay
for this is just a phase
and the Moon will soon move out of its align.
And norm shall then return
and again you’ll feel alright
and you’ll no longer feel the need to howl at midnight.
