As we travel through each day, we send and receive messages constantly. Yet, nothing reaches the heart quite like the surprise of finding a written message from a friend or a loved one tucked away in the back of the mailbox behind the bills and the junk mail or balancing on the kitchen table between the salt and pepper shakers. Happy Birthday…(February)

In the month of purification,
wear the Amethyst and carry the pale yellow rose,
study the wind that floats upon winter,
partake of the bounty of the horn of the goat,
then relax in the season of plenty,
and bathe in the warmth of friends’ love,
promise shall shine over your birthday,
the beginning of a year blessed by love.
