Congratulations on your new baby…

Count ten little fingers
then count ten little toes,
study his eyes
and then decide whose nose,
he has a tiny heart
but an enormous soul,
inside a tiny body
that, over time, will grow
into a man on a journey,
making a life of his own
and basing his actions
on memories of home,
so, love him dear,
godliness sow
and time will tell
of the love he was shown.
