Going home…

Watch the hands of time turn backward,
see the memories that haunt the mind erased,
feel the winds of change surround you,
sweet memories remain;
Hear the sounds of echoes stirring,
smell the jasmine on the vines,
as memories from long ago
remove the veil of time;
Return to passages from long ago,
see the faces as they were then,
